has time ever gone by so fast yet so slow at the same time. Theres only 21 days left till my grade 11 year is over, thats only 12 days of actuall school left. Let me tell you, theres some people i'm really going to miss, and it really scares me that they are leaving and i have to stay here. This town makes me feel like i'm nothing, and that i'm not doing anything. Just because everything i love that makes me feel whole is somewhere else, to the party scene in nyc, the san deigo beaches, west edmonton mall, okangon getaways and music scene, the shops and auditions in vancouver. long time no write. Maylong is over, and i enjoyed a couple days of camping with some friends! we stayed at this speical spot on the hot springs "water slides/pool" where the owner let us. Then we'd walk to minette bay where all the partys and people were. The first night we didnt really get in, but got all lost and confused and had a grand ol drunk time. On saturday we got in and most of the group wanted to leave at 11 me and nat wanting to stay later, stayed behind then got split up, around 130ish in the morning i realized i didnt know where i was going, after being offered a tent i found my friends and jumped in a back of a truck and went back to the campsite. IT WAS A TRECK! Then the next day we walked to the lake, showered and hit the beach it was so nice. We then went around on my friends boat, and i just layed and tanned then later came home and hung out with some friends. Got my trampelene set up and all that, and my lab top is nearing being full of music hahaha, and some videos.

so i just found this really sweet band, well alot lately but they all seem to be comeing from one place! GERMANY, like they have some good house/electonica music, Berlin knows its house scene.
The most recent of these great bands i've been discovering is "Le Dust Sucker", I first heard one of their songs on The Hype Machine and i fell in abosolute LOVE the song was called "Smells Like Dog Kiss". It is so like catchy, with a build upbeatness throughout the whole song, and i love the dog barks hahaha. When i went to their myspace, I was dissapointed they didn't have this song there, but what I found also, I really liked!

I also found "BOYS NOIZE" a greatt band, with a dark side to their techno and some occasional german speaking itself. If daft punk was to go a little bit dark, and change language occasionaly this is what you'd get. Only not so much repeative beats, this is their myspace... check out "remix melody 1"

hmm so this is my 35th post hahaha, wow. I know its not hardcore, like woah big number or anything, I'm just happy I stuck to this for this long. Hahahaha. Yeah so this weekend was pretty good, it was calm and a little wild, like a quiet riot one might say. Where I found like resting area in cahotic places and times.
I feel like akward with myself some days but, I can feel the akwardness being something I'm sheding slowly. I enjoyed hanging out with emma and jordan TWICE. Once, for the lovely 420 when we were finally done getting ready by like 1030 and then went to tayos, with a break to talk to some people on a sidewalk. Then we went to justins, had a pretty sweet phono covo on some steps with karly, and jordan took some pretty glam pics hahaa :D oh well if the poses were bad, the outfit was good and thats all that matters. After going back to tayos, we finally went home.
the next day we had some vintage shopping and tanning, as well as make up shopping and subway for the second time hahaha. Then we went out again to a spruce party where things were uhhh eventfull ? hahaha with a fire, and a brief vist from the cops, and about 80 millon trips to pee, it was quite fun. haha "IM A MACHINE" was my qoute for the night, and the song jordan got stuck in my head was wind it up by gwen stefani hahaha! although like chicken dance in riverlodge parking lot was sweet hahaha. After a cab ride, we went to tayos and enjoyed a diffrent crowd. I met sarahs older sister, and talked to jackie for the first time in a while. It was a good night i must say, and i was two hours late but no trouble so its all good ANYWAYS on to musicc..

and her single bird flu was posted in one of the early blogs. I don't know when this album is going to be realesed I just know i'm going to try to get it THAT DAY! so yeahh keep an eye out for it!

The Kill's are another band i found in one of my old nylon magazines and they are simply amazing like i dono they are addicting, this video is like so tam, but like slowly builds and is almost like an earth quake at points. Its amazing how much the video and song catches your attention without explosions and effects and all that like most things need to use to get teens attention nowadays.

alright so we've finally got some sun :D and i really hope it stays hahaha. Other then the brighter wearther, and shorts everythings been the same. Except i've been working alot harder in school, which is about time. Since theres is only 56 days left untill summer. Other then that, ive been enjoying just like hanging out and going out drinkikng and stuff less. Which is also really nice. Today we oh so cooly rollerbladed around downtown, except karly was on bike :D lol.
In other news, i've been getting angry towards the news. Before I discuss this topic, I have to say I'm really sorry for what happend to the people at virgina tech, and yes this topic needs to be prevented from ever happening again. Although the media has been profiting of off stuff like this for way to long, and giving the person who was too much of a pussy to get councelling exactly what he wanted. Instead of working on how they are gonna apeal to read a story, so they can get a new floor on their house. People should be working on fixing the problem, with a stricter gun restriction, maybe censors in schools. They could at least look at the heroic storys like the one of the brave teacher who took bullets for the students. I'm sorry if i've offended anyone, im not saying anything to harm the people invloved in the situation. Im only angry at the media for giving people ideas and "glamorizeing" the whole event, when it should be left alone for the officals to deal with and solve.
In MUSIC NEWS though things are way better, The White Stripes have recorded a new album called "Icky Thump". This album will be more "heavy" and diffrent from any of the previous white stripes album, and as we all saw on the white stripes "get behind me satan", you never know how to expect them to change. Although i can say there will be no "marimba's" on this upcoming album. MEG WHITE ROCKS ON THE DRUMS, DONT THINK SO? YA JEALOUS!

alright so schools been kind of boring, and i've been going out less which is kind of a good thing. Although last weekend i went out with emma to tayos. It was akwardly fun just cuz we didn't really talk to all the people there, but emma adapted and made it work better then i did. Although we both had fun so i guess thats what counts. I've been re-filling my itunes, and i dono ive just become way more open and like, have a better libary with only about 50 songs then i did with like the 300 or whatever before.
I got invited to this acting workshop with on cue players, which was quite fun and just made me feel refreshed and not usesless when it comes to acting. we dont have enough oppertunitys here in kitimat.

ANYTHING AUGUST SHOW [Best Photos]







Show Summary:
So if you don't know who anything august is yet, its time to jump on the bandwagon. They were formed here in Kitimat b.c., and now are living in kelwona and currently as it stands are number one on much music's razor countdown.
I've always like the anything august shows, they are great and passonate about what they do. As well as they are one of the people trying to bring back the music scene, cuz when it comes to concerts here this town is a ghost town. I stood in the small mosh pit that was formed and trying my hardest to get great pictures, but when they actually started playing there set I took a break and watched. I felt the drums and bass, go through the floor up my legs and try to get out my chest. Then the moshing began, although some people got a little rough it was still an enjoyable time for those who didnt want to mosh. They have come along way and i was glad to see them come back! hope they do again soon! i also belive they will be doing a show in vancouver, so my van friends better go to that, i'll tell you more about that show later!

so spring break is almost over :( and that really sucks because i'm likeing this whole not going to school thing. hahaha, although I miss seeing the few aqutencie's I only see at school. This spring break I stayed here in town, where it was nice and snowy with occasional rain. ALTHOUGH when i went to terrace and shopped and bought some nice new things, the sun totally came out, it was sweet. Good thing I bought my new sunglasses that day hahaha, they are so nice! I'm getting totally excited for summer, and already started buying and laying out outfits.
Amound purchases of clothes I've bought madonnas live dvd of the connfessions tour, and it was great! Another exciting show by madonna no wonder she is the top selling concert our there. ALTHOUGH the item I want the most now, its Arcade Fire's Neon Bible, Arcade fire is always so gently plesent your sure not to be dissapointed if you just press play and relax.

Alright well this Spring break is going pretty good but also really random! yesterday my friend Jackie was supposesd to have a party, but her aunt caught on before jackie knew she was catching on :( which really sucked cuz i think i was more excited for her party then most people are for christmas, but ohhhh wellll i threw my own! hahaha :| you know 30 people shoved in my room and about 30 more trying to get in, all while peaches is cranking, good ol' fun! it got a little dramatic when g got really drunk then g hooked up with h's best friend when h liked g. but oh well alcohol really screws things up if g didnt know how to walk h can't expect him to know how to function. Oh well rums the enemy. alright well so last night my dad came home really drunk. wow. funny because he always makes a big deal about what will happen if I come home as drunk as he did last night, oh well. Hes buying me jeans this weekend comeing up so thats good. I took my L again, but I failed grr i got 72% and you need 80% to pass. Oh well i'll get it before this firday, JUST WATCH. This weekend was pretty fun, although my friend "x" keeps saying sorry, and I just dont want to be "x's" friend again, at least not at this time, so I dono what to do cuz I feel bad. Although I don't know its hard to explain, I'm doing myself better by not being x's friend.
This weekend I got the new fallout boy cd Infinty On High, and i've listened to it about five times since saturday hahaha :| its pretty good. A great album just to let play. I also had some friends over to watch the movie Spun which was a greatly disguiting poytrayl of meth addicts on a binge. I absoultly LOVE Brittney Murphey in the movie, and this great song from it called "love to love" - by Zwan . Other then that I went to a friends get togther, and boy did I ever get high.. I think it was my frist time :| lol cuz its the first time I really felt it.

alright so the drama festival was fun. There were 6 towns in it all togther, and out of 30 awards ours took home 10, so I like to think we did fairly well. I was so glad I went, although at first I didn't really want too. We enjoyed dinners at dq which envolved some blonde comments on my behlaf, chinese smorgish borges and tupperware, as well as micheal and kayls longggg order in that caffe. We also had a dance that I tryed to get all dressed up for, although I think I did pretty well considering I got ready in a bathroom haha. Our play got the award for the "keeping the ball rolling" which was for the best performance by late entry people, which included me and Alex. Although or play one others as well! It was a really good experince well I was there I heard some new songs, and well remembered some old ones..
